THE BARN
The barn features every amenity for the professional or amateur rider!
Four main breezeways to assure the free flow of air as well as, an over head roof fan. High ceilings in barn area and finished fruit wood ceiling in groom’s area. There is automatic and enviromental friednly fly spray in each of the stalls and the breezeways.
Chicago brick and concrete floors make maintenance easy. There is a special water station and Spanish fountain.
There is a large tack room containing micro wave, sink and storage area.
Interior large wash rack has hot and cold water and a new exterior wash rack has just been installed.
There is a grooming station with cross ties, adjacent to large closets for easy grooming.

THE STALLS
Each stall is 14 by 14 with individual hay racks, two water buckets, rubber mats, grain bin, sliding door, and window with shutters. Each stall has its own individual fan and automatic insect sprayer on a timer.

THE PADDOCKS
Four large vinyl white fenced paddocks with automatic sprinklers and individual walk ways between paddocks. They also feature electric wiring to assure your horses safety.

THE GROOM'S QUARTERS
One bedroom, one full bath with two offices, full kitchen and one office (den). Features an additional sink/wet bar and refrigerator.
The Groom’s quarters are fully furnished with antiques and all amenities. Laundry room features new front loader washer and dryer.

Dressage Ring
Built to professional standards. There is a covered spectator area adjacent to the dreassage area. There is also a John Deere on site to maintain the ring.
Parking
Well designed parking and receiving areas and room for horse trailer.
Pool and hot tub
Use of the large heated lap pool and hot tub are available to our guests.
